We don't disappear once the system's in

A lot of installers are focused on the next sale by the time yours is switched on. We're built the other way round: as part of an established group operating since 2019, we're here for the life of your system, not just the day of the install. Air conditioning is a long-term investment, and a little regular care protects both its performance and its warranty.

Why servicing matters — in plain terms

An air conditioning system quietly loses efficiency if it's neglected. Filters clog and restrict airflow, coils gather dust and transfer heat less well, drainage can block, and small refrigerant issues go unnoticed until they become expensive ones. A serviced system runs cleaner, cheaper and longer — and many manufacturer warranties require regular servicing to stay valid.

What a service includes

A typical ArcticNord service covers:

  • Cleaning or replacing filters and cleaning the indoor unit, restoring airflow and air quality.
  • Checking and cleaning the coils on indoor and outdoor units so heat transfers efficiently.
  • Inspecting the refrigerant system for correct charge and any signs of leaks, in line with F-Gas requirements.
  • Clearing and testing condensate drainage to prevent leaks and water damage.
  • Verifying performance and controls in both heating and cooling modes, and checking electrical connections.
  • A clear report of the system's condition and anything to keep an eye on.

Maintenance plans

  • Essential — one annual service, priority booking.
  • Complete — annual service plus [additional visit / discounted repairs / faster response — confirm].
  • Commercial — tailored schedules for light commercial sites with multiple units.

Support and repairs when you need them

If something isn't right, our engineers diagnose and fix quickly. All our work is fully guaranteed, and because we're local you deal with the same team that designed and installed your system — people who already know your setup.

A note on our emergency line: our 24/7 phone support is for existing customers — the people whose systems we look after. It's one more reason the relationship, not just the sale, is the point.
